Clay is the Director of Calnin & Goss, ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ’s excavation and earthworks company located in Appleton, Wis.
Clay brings more than 15 years of experience in civil construction including quality control, project management, contract and fiscal management, and subcontractor relationships for site earthwork/utilities. Clay’s project experience spans a variety of markets including renewables, education, healthcare and warehousing. He leads daily business operations for Calnin & Goss, including building a high-performing team, growing and expanding services and markets and ensuring high levels of quality and safety.
