As Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President, Holly leads our human resources strategy. She oversees talent management, succession planning, performance management, process development and improvement, training and development, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, and labor relations.

She also plays a critical role as a member of the Strategic Planning Team, helping to shape the future of human resources to align with all organizational strategies, ensuring The ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Group achieves and promotes a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.

Dave Kievet

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Dave sets corporate direction and provides leadership to all entities of The ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Group.

Dave has worked the last 20 years to develop, implement and integrate Lean concepts for project delivery, as well as innovative contracting strategies such as ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ’s Integrated Lean Project Delivery® approach. With more than 35 years of construction experience, Dave brings deep knowledge across market sectors, from healthcare to heavy industrial.

Greg Sabel

The ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Company

Greg possesses more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with leadership spanning project management, field operations, estimating, virtual design and construction, and strategic planning. Since beginning his career as a Project Manager and Estimator, he has championed a unified office-field culture, driven innovation and fostered collaboration across all aspects of the business.

As President, Greg leads The ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Company’s Executive Team and oversees all aspects of company operations, from strategic planning and fiscal management to client relations, safety and cultural alignment.

Greg earned his bachelor of science degree in construction management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Stacy has held business development and marketing positions at leading professional service firms in the built environment for more than three decades. She has a pulse on the current construction market and knows how to strategically use data and other insights to build strong relationships and drive growth in ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ’s key market segments.

Previously, JeffÌýserved as the Chief Operating Officer forÌýTheÌý³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÌýCompanyÌýafter leading itsÌýSan Francisco, Sacramento,ÌýOklahoma CityÌýand Detroit offices. He hasÌý25Ìýyears of industry experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in construction science from the University of Oklahoma.ÌýÌý

Jake leads all of The ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Group’s accounting and financial functions across ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ and all its entities. He has introduced more sophisticated financial reporting and benchmarking, embraced innovative technology and instilled more sophisticated practices in ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ’s forecasting. His financial practices and leadership have positioned the organization for future growth. He also manages the Audit Committee, adds oversight for tax and treasury and is a trustee of the retirement plans.

HeÌýprovides oversight for our Operational Excellence program as well as the continued development of theÌý³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Business System, which includes our Management, Operating and People Systems. A multi-talented leader with an exemplary track record in both manufacturing and healthcare industries, Doug enables all ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ entities to deliver consistent, high-quality projects with drastically reduced time and material waste over industry standards.

Sam, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), leads the accounting and financial functions at The ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Company. He ensures adherence to accounting principles, practices and procedures, providing insightful analysis to support the company’s financial goals and maintain transparency. His responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable, cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, and a matrix of financial and accounting professionals across the entire organization. Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting, finance and economics as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Liz Larner

As Chief Legal Officer, Liz leads The ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Group on all corporate legal matters, including corporate structure, ethics programs, insurance and governance, the ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ ESOP, mergers and acquisitions, risk training, mentoring and licensing.

Liz has a wide range of legal counsel experience, with expertise in M&A and corporate transactions, construction law, employment law and union negotiations. Liz is passionate about and skilled at implementing practical, business-minded risk mitigation strategies.

Mark Nolta

Vice President of Corporate Estimating & Preconstruction

Mark has nearly 40 years of varied experience in estimating, structural engineering, design coordination and construction administration. HeÌýfacilitatesÌýexcellence in estimating and preconstruction services across The ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Company’s operations including management of a core team that supports all ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ locations. Mark works with project teams to prepare deliverables and set projects up for success including all aspects of construction costs, material availability, document and constructability review, subcontractor scope and experience evaluation, construction schedules andÌýlogistics. He also oversees implementation of all technology used during preconstruction, especially virtual design & construction.

Will Lichtig

Will is a nationally recognized leader in the Lean and integrated project delivery methods. He has been at the forefront in developing our Integrated Lean Project Delivery® (ILPD) process. He leads by example with his drive for innovation and commitment to continual improvement, Lean processes and problem solving.

Will works with teams across The ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Group to develop and implement Lean processes for target value design, Lean production planning and control, built-in quality, Lean problem-solving and other innovative approaches to project delivery. He shares his experience and Lean project delivery knowledge to coach ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ project leaders on the skills required to implement these innovative methods.

Nathan Johnson

General Counsel
The ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Group

As General Counsel, Nathan serves as a strong legal professional and partner for The ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Group’s executive leaders. He has primary responsibility for legal mattersÌýpertaining toÌýthe organization’s operations including oversight and support of ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ’s project and commercial contracts, joint ventures, projectÌýclaimsÌýand litigation matters.Ìý

Additionally, he provides strategic support for various company initiatives related to ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ’s risk management function and other corporate strategic initiatives.Ìý
