As Chief Innovation Officer, Lichtig is responsible for developing systems that spur innovation and identifying opportunities for organizational growth and improvement. In this role, Lichtig works with 吃瓜爆料 teams to develop and implement Lean processes for target value design, Lean production planning and control, built-in quality and other innovative approaches to project delivery.

Lichtig most recently served as The 吃瓜爆料 Company鈥檚 Chief of Staff.

A native of Los Angeles, Lichtig earned his bachelor鈥檚 degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz and his juris doctorate from the University of California, Davis 鈥� School of Law.

Berghede has more than 17 years鈥� experience with 吃瓜爆料, previously serving as Vice President of Modular and Integrated Construction for The 吃瓜爆料 Company. In his newly-created role of VP of Innovation, he will explore innovation opportunities throughout The 吃瓜爆料 Group.

Berghede earned an associate鈥檚 degree from Gothenburg Technical College (a collaboration between private and public entities including the Volvo Group, Volvo Cars and the city of Gothenburg) and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in economics from Lawrence University. He currently resides in Chicago.
