Thomack has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry and previously served as 吃瓜爆料鈥檚 Chief Operating Officer. In his 19 years with 吃瓜爆料, he has successfully led transformational projects across the country and assisted in the development and rollout of the company鈥檚 vision and strategy. His passion for and commitment to operational excellence, process implementation, Integrated Lean Project Delivery^庐 and creative leadership make him uniquely suited for the role.

Born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, Thomack earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil and environmental engineering and a master鈥檚 degree in civil engineering and construction management, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He currently lives in Walnut Creek, California and will be relocating back to the Midwest in September.

Shipley has 18 years with 吃瓜爆料 and most recently led 吃瓜爆料鈥檚 San Francisco, Sacramento, Oklahoma City, and Detroit offices. He now leads construction operations across The 吃瓜爆料 Company, bringing a hands-on approach to leadership, disciplined project controls, Lean construction expertise and a passion for people and safety.

A native of Edmond, Oklahoma, Shipley earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in construction science from the University of Oklahoma. He recently relocated from Oklahoma and lives in Appleton, Wisconsin.
